Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of all our creatures of the night, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Contact Lenses (for obvious health and safety reasons)
- Cosmetics (once opened or used)
- Costume Teeth & FX Veneers (for hygiene purposes)
- Fangs & Teeth (custom-fitted dental items)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”

The Return Process
Follow these shadowy steps to initiate your return or exchange:
Step 1: Request Authorization

Step 2: Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
Step 3: Ship Your Return
Ship your return to our haunted headquarters:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item costs less, we’ll refund the difference
- Exchanges are subject to product availability

International Returns
As a global purveyor of dark fashion, we accept international returns. However:
- International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Customs fees and import duties are non-refundable
