Order Processing
All orders require 1-2 business days for processing before shipment. During peak seasons (particularly around Halloween and other costume-heavy holidays), processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We offer two shipping options to deliver your mystical garments and accessories:
Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Recommended for time-sensitive transformations
Free Shipping
- Available on orders of $50 or more
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
International Shipping
We ship globally, with the exception of certain Asian countries and remote regions. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties imposed by their country.

Return & Exchange Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in resalable condition
Non-Returnable Items
For the safety and hygiene of all our creatures of the night, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Contact Lenses (for obvious health and safety reasons)
- Cosmetics (once opened or used)
- Costume Teeth & FX Veneers (for hygiene purposes)
- Fangs & Teeth (custom-fitted dental items)
- Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
Please note: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.
The Return Process

Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
