• Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Non-returnable items include Contact Lenses, Cosmetics, Costume Teeth & FX Veneers, Fangs & Teeth, and items marked “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”
• Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
